Five Element Acupuncture is based on the laws of Nature. The desired result is an improvement in well being. The goal is to restore balance which brings a person to health and lessens disease.

Massage Therapy is a method of relaxation and stress management which :

•Provides a deep state of relaxation

•Relieves muscle tension, spasm, and stiffness

•Promotes greater joint flexibility and range of motion

•Reduces anxiety and mental stress

•Enhances the feeling of well being

Zero Balancing helps balance body energy and structure with the benefits of:

•Feeling of well being

•Relieving symptoms of stress

•Reducing physical and emotional pain

•Relieving musculoskeletal tension

•Enhancing wellness and self actualization

Process Acupressure combines bodywork with psycho-spiritual process work to access and progress wholeness and growth in body, mind, emotions and Spirit and to facilitate and encourage Soul guidance.

Process Acupressure can be used to:

•Open the body's energy systems to promote smooth and rapid growth

•Promote greater awareness and vitality in all parts of being

•Facilitate whole-being participation in process

•Focus concentrated energy on a single point or part of the body where process may be stuck

•Provide a simple yet deep body handling style that can be used for relaxation and body clearing, and a feeling of well being
